The "This Means War" tour made its way to Las Vegas Feb 9th at The Hard Rock Cafe. On this tour were the bands "Dream On Dreamer", "Chunk No Captain Chunk", "The Ghost Inside", and "Attack Attack" as the headlining band. The show also added Las Vegas local band Joshua Judges Ruth as the opening band. This show was the first one in Las Vegas for bands "Dream On Dreamer" from Australia and "Chunk No Captain Chunk" from Paris, France and, believe me, they loved the crowd's response.

With Attack Attack and The Ghost Inside as Headliner and co-headliner, those who have never heard of Joshua Judges Ruth got a chance to check them out. Giving the local band some great recognition as Jonathan Vigil the vocalist for TGI gives them a shout out during their setlist. Dream On Dreamer got the crowd pumped and excited for the next up coming bands to hit the stage. Having the crowd sing along and showing everyone a good time.

Before Chunk No Captain Chunk got on stage the crowd didn't really know what to expect. No one really knew who they were. Being a Hardcore Pop Punk band, Chunk No Captain Chunk was the underdog i guess you could say in this lineup. That sure didn't stop them from getting the crowd to go nuts during their set. You could feel the floor move underneath your feet as the crowd jumped up and down. No one was standing still. Even though their set was cut short because a few mishaps during mic checks, the crowd had fun and so did the band.

When The Ghost Inside jumped on stage they made sure their presence was known. They played both old and new songs off both their albums 'Fury And The Fallen Ones' and 'Returners'. Having the crowd chant along lyrics and climbing on top of one another. This was sure a night not soon forgotten for most at the concert. The band was getting the crowd even more pumped than they already were, playing crowd favorites like "Faith Or Forgiveness", "Greater Distance", and "Between The Lines".

Attack Attack started off their set with their first song "The Revolution" off their new album 'This Means War' being one of the heaviest albums Attack Attack has released. This album made it to iTunes #2 on the overall list bellow Adele's album '21'. Attack Attack played both old and new songs from 'Someday Came Suddenly', their self titled album 'Attack Attack', And 'This Means War'. Before Playing "The Wretched", Caleb Shomo wanted to thank all of the troops both those who have passed in war and those still fighting for the U.S. No matter, if you're into Attack Attack or not they will always put on one amazing show. It's no surprise as to why they made it to #2 on the first day of the new album's release.

I got the chance to ask Caleb a single question after the concert, the question being "Where is your favorite city or state to play in?". His Response was " Extreme thing here in Las Vegas and not just saying that because we are here but I really mean it, then California and Texas. They have the best crowds". Attack Attack has a new tour planned after the "This Means War" tour with Escape The Fate. The tour is called "This World Is Ours". Unfortunately this tour will not be heading to Las Vegas. But if you missed the concert, Attack Attack is sure to be back again.
